I want to express my appreciation to BID-Designs for developing and conducting this exceptional event.  The entire conference was outstanding, including the food, facilities, and ‘fellowship’ with local business leaders.  I congratulate BID-Designs for an excellent job – the best Huntsville conference that I have attended in the past 30 years.  The Keynote addresses by principals of large and small highly successful companies provided very valuable perspectives on current and future business opportunities in Huntsville. The Round Table sessions were also excellent, and I appreciated their openness in sharing lessons learned in our local environment. The subgroup sessions were outstanding as well.  The speakers were knowledgeable, well prepared, and made excellent presentations.  The handout materials were fantastic and provided a take-home package that minimized note taking.  There was good humor, encouragement, and clear directions on how to implement successful operations in the disciplines of each session topic. I attended an “Understanding the RFP and Proposal Response Process” training course presented by BID Designs and came away with a new, refreshing view and understanding of the confusing and exasperating world Federal Government RFPs. It was presented by knowledgeable experts who were able to present their material in a clear, concise manner not leaving you yawning and wishing for a break. The presenters were entertaining and VERY approachable, taking the time to understand your questions and responding with answers that not only made sense but that you could take from there and apply. I found the break-out sessions to be structured so everyone in the group had time to ask questions and interact with the presenters. I look forward to attending more of these entertaining and educational training opportunities. I highly recommend them for the seasoned-pro and entry level professional. BID-ConneX 2011 was an outstanding conference!
