Chris oversees BID Designs Washington DC Metro Area Operations, SharePoint Solutions, and Client Capture Services. Chris’ core areas of expertise encompass program management, business development, software engineering, and logistics. A native of Indiana, Chris graduated from Purdue and subsequently earned his MBA at University of Maryland Smith School of Business. Chris’s career path covered management and leadership positions at Manugistics and BAE Systems prior to forming BID Designs. Over the last year, Chris supported over $4B in winning client bids including more than $3B in single-award contract wins. He works with clients on DoD, Federal, and State Government opportunities. Chris resides in Germantown Maryland with his wife Tosha and boys Marc and Aaron.

I attended an “Understanding the RFP and Proposal Response Process” training course presented by BID Designs and came away with a new, refreshing view and understanding of the confusing and exasperating world Federal Government RFPs. It was presented by knowledgeable experts who were able to present their material in a clear, concise manner not leaving you yawning and wishing for a break. The presenters were entertaining and VERY approachable, taking the time to understand your questions and responding with answers that not only made sense but that you could take from there and apply.
