Stephanie D. Sellers is the Program Director at the Women’s Business Center of North Alabama. She is a Veteran of the United States Air Force with over 20 years of management and administrative experience specializing in procurement, legal, customer service, and inside sales. As the Deputy Small Business Liaison Officer for a large Government Prime Contractor, Ms. Sellers' passion for helping small businesses succeed grew exponentially. She saw firsthand how small businesses succeed when they are mentored and nurtured, so joining the WBCNA was the natural next step in pursuing her passion.
Ms. Sellers has worked as a consultant for small business in expanding their market share, as a buyer for the aerospace/defense industry, and as customer service manager in a retail setting. She is certified in Federal Contract Management, a Lean Green Belt, and has provided team training in workplace etiquette and computer systems. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Valley Chapter of Women In Defense as Director for Awards/Scholarships, is on the Board of Directors Rotary Club of Greater Huntsville serving as New Generations Director, and is a member of the Women’s Economic Development Council.
Ms. Sellers was born in Oklahoma and her time in the Air Force sent her all over the world. She and her husband Scott moved to the Tennessee Valley in 2000. They fell in love with the area and found the perfect place to raise their four kids and plant some roots.
